... Why is a gay man's artistic expression censored? Is it because some insecure flickr staff member is uncomfortable seeing photos of two men expressing emotions via skin to skin contact? ...
Homophobia is racism just as much as the hate or discrimination of persons with different national origin or skin color is racism. ...
Now, a new censoring technique has been established: groups have had their administration settings modified ... without warning the group administrators ... members who's photostreams have been censored ... cannot add their images to a group. The only way this can be changed is if the group changes their settings to allow "restricted" content. ... the group is then AUTOMATICALLY changed to an 18+ group and is made invisible to the public.
This has directly affected me in a most offensive manner: i am no longer able to share my personal self documentation of my autism research with other members of flickr who have groups dedicated to ausitm and Asperger's Syndrome. These are groups of autistic persons and parents of autistic children. Many of my contacts and on-line associates/friends began contact with me because of my open sharing of my autistic life on flickr and the fact that they felt they had gained some new understanding that would help them with their children.
... The word "homophobia" carries a meaning and a weight. ... flickr is discriminating against me based on neuroracism. They are also negatively affecting the groups which have members who expressed appreciation for my contributions. ...

"Your account has been reviewed as unsafe and NIPSA by Flickr staff."Tell me what's unsafe about it. The account they deleted was reviewed by flicker staff and marked as safe about a couple of days before they deleted it.

I think the statement should be:His second and more obvious is this one, which he has not yet deleted but is saved for posterity just in case he repeats his "history rewriting" behavior that we've all seen enough of:
"If this bothers you as much as it bothers s me seek serious psychiatric help.
BTW What happened to the [deleted] Dysamoria Flickr account?

cavacini Jace. I here by admit with pride to being the cause of your 2nd and hopefully 3rd Flickr account deletion.
Society has rules but as you seen to believe they are beneath you, (as they are created by Sociopaths or people like Sociopaths) you constantly break the ones that do not fit into your version of reality. Thank god there are not that many people like you.
Rule breaking has consequences and the more rules you break the more you have to pay the cost in the end
There it is, posted to my blog comments area. Note his repeated use of my own language in an attempt to "i know you are but what am i?" Note also his inability to proofread his own material, still.
Reported to flickr... do you know what they will do? i'll give you two options:
1. Delete my account
2. Nothing at all
Rule breaking has consequences, he says... i'm sure he's fully aware of the stupidity of saying that.
Intimidation and harassment are the rules that dave broke when flickr deleted me the first time. Intimidation and harassment are the rules that dave broke when flickr deleted me the second time. Intimidation, harassment, impersonation and threats are the rules he was breaking before and during his extension of his hate crusade to me. Intimidation, threats and harassment is what he's doing right now. And flickr... they are all too happy to enable him and break their own rules right along with him.

i created a THIRD account at flickr. i posted the open letter to Stewart Butterfield, deleting the names of people mentioned before posting it so that it would not be violating anyone's privacy.
There was one response. While i was correcting this person's memory of the original situation of me being deleted (he did say, forgive me if i'm wrong but), attempting to post my polite correction lead me to "bad link." The entire posting was deleted. It lasted about ten minutes. It had no profanity, no rule breaking, no names of people, etc. It was not addressed to staff. It was addressed to the general manager. i don't think the general manager deleted it.
