Anyone can make up words and interpretations, but it takes a real person with attention to detail to get the fucking message. For example, ONCE AGAIN, there was no "threat to kill myself." Stop fabricating fucking lies and start dealing with the truth. You ruined my life. You've killed me. That's on you. You simply have no intention of doing shit about it to make amends.

read the PDF. Examine the truth. i did not state i was going to kill myself. i stated that i am dead and that it is my former employers' fault. But you just don't get it do you? Send the police so you can shed any sense of responsibility you might have for a fleeting moment? Grow up and read what's in front of your face. But no, that's not the KU way.

these people are obvious hypocrites, the type of people I avoid or you end up with the police being sent to your house. When did this happen? Please do not tell me these people had the police sent to your house within the past two days. Obviously Jefferson is so smooth better yet, shrewdly glib that he has these people so convinced. It seems all of his influence likely, as they are acting against their statement to uphold fair treatment to those with a disability. I do not believe it was in your best interest to advise him that you have Autism as this may be the reason he wanted you out so badly. They will not listen to you because I believe he may have them convinced that you are the problem. However, I do not think the picture included with the e-mail even as relative to your life as it is, can be truly helpful in advancing your plight to any KU people who may read it. Of course, if they did call the police on you because of this e-mail, they are attempting to make sure they will not be held liable. Sounds like guilt to me. When did this happen? I am assuming now as I do not recall ever hearing of this.
I don't agree that they have the right to call the police on you at will, claiming you stated you were going to kill yourself. OK so now there's a police report to make a case against you if you decide to sue. I get upset when people abuse the system of security we have in place by exploiting it. This is another problem with our laws. The same problem in general. The more laws written to protect people the more sociopath's find ways to exploit these laws turning the very laws in place to protect you against you. So by making this claim it defines your character as unstable. If they are/were so concerned with Autism and fair treatment and not discriminating against you, they could have found/funded a program for you to help you cope. Rather they are influenced by a sociopath that is not turning over his power position to anyone and certainly not to you.
Seems to me you have 3 choices. The idea of taking him and KU to court sounds exhausting to me. Go with your gut. To make a wise decision you are going to need to somehow find this inside to see if it feels like what you want to do. Or forgive and forget. I tend to forgive and forget THEM. Or be forever locked in a pattern of negative repetition. Only you can release you from the pain of this. I tend to think prayer helps a lot too though. Jace it is my prayer for you to receive healing and release from the damage and pain this situation has brought you. That you may walk through the door of your future.
A few years ago when I was released from my negative situation I was amazed to learn of how many people were praying for me. People I did not even know. I believed in that moment as bad as it had been for me that it was prayer that saved me.
The path you desire is right in front of you, only believe it is so and it will manifest for you. Belief is the essence of anything taking form. Belief is powerful creative energy, a wondrous gift you give to yourself.

it happened the SAME day. evening, 7:34pm, while i was sleeping. i might have slept through the doorbell. i wonder what would have happened then?
there's a bunch of police reports and "crisis intervention" reports and they're all bullshit. i made it clear to the last crisis intervention person who called me that if they ever send someone to my home again, i will sue them for invasion of privacy and that i KNOW my rights.
The person knew i was right and backed down VERY quickly.
Exploiting the systems is all sociopathy is about. "Using the letter of the law to defeat the spirit of the law." Memorize that one.
As for my character being unstable, well, i am unstable, but not my character. Not that the distinction means fuck or shit to these people.
The police were polite, i have to give them credit for that. They did not ask to come in or ask me to come outside. They weren't playing games. They asked me about the cuts on my forehead and i told them i'm an artist and that i do it for photography sometimes, which was 100% truth.

Belief does have power, as i agreed with you before. The trouble is, the ones who are the best at using it are the sociopaths. Their belief is pathological and involves reality distortion and influence over others.
Yes because they actually believe in their own lies the worse they are or have become. I am sorry you had the police called on you, Jace. I do see however how it could be interpreted by them, cutting oneself for photography, as a bit different. Maybe you should seek compensation for the instability in your life you believe was caused a good deal by Jefferson and KU. Perhaps you have recourse, not sure.
Our belief has to be stronger than their false belief. I don't believe it to be even nearly an impossible task. As we are believing the truth so that is easy to believe. Where sociopath's are believing a lie, much harder to believe unless you have convinced yourself. Yet justifications and rationalization never are able to negate that deep down they know it's a lie underneath, this is their weak point. OK well again I will pray for you to make a choice that will work out for your good.
Why though to never forgive? I did not say forget as that would be unwise. Yet to forgive is to be released of their power to cause further problems in your life. It is like a cleansing of the evil that has touched you so that you are not infected by it. Anyway, yes I know this phrase and will use it. May dad used to quote it often as it is from the Bible the rest of the verse states, "for the letter kills but the spirit gives life" interesting. Anything taken out of context loses it's meaning and is subject to interpretation... that being theirs, the ones in the power position that want to rule over others. They only care about having power over people. I wonder what the draw is for them? I guess it is ego amd/money, but who wants to be in power over people, they are generally hard to please and often times rude and uncaring. What would be the point? Anyway Jace, I hope if you are not going to seek compensation from them, you do not give them cause or excuse to bother you anymore.
without money, i have no rights because i cannot pay a lawyer to fight them and make a lawsuit against them. i know nothing else other than embarrassing them. i still don't know if my emails got through. i didn't send any photos in that email, btw. Just the PDF that i have linked on these blog entries.
