Flickr's continued censorship...

Still no response from flickr... surprise surprise... they get's you money, you get's their hand in you face... Makes me feel, yet again, that i am being punished for being compulsively honest and attempting to do the right thing for the community... all naive concepts that seem to be only a part of my stupid and hated autism. flickr neuroracism or sloppiness... either way, flickr = censr.
i know you think i will just go away if you ignore me... but i wont.
i'm still awaiting a response. You still owe me the undeletion of my account or my subscription payment refunded; my subscription does not expire until June 2008.
i am pretty sure that i was deleted because i embarrassed flickr staff, not because it was the proper thing to do or that it was a thoughtful and considered action that is validated by the flickr TOU. Basically, you didn't want others to see how you handled the situation, so you deleted me to avoid embarrassment, not because of anything inappropriate on my part. i have several witnesses who each agree. Plus, the somewhat recent actions of the original assaulting flickr member in his photostream. You know what events i'm talking about. He gets a warning but i got instant deletion without any discussion? Maybe because he did not embarrass staff member Michelle (the one who deletes first and asks questions never)?
i didn't break your rules but the man who did, repeatedly, gets away with his inappropriate behavior. You ARE censors, you are NOT interested in community and you are motivated by selfish behavior. i've observed how flickr staff casually demonstrate their power to censor flickr members at any time simply because they are personally offended. i consider this situation no different.
The following links go to a quite relevant example of flickr censorship and Stewart Butterfield's statements "apologizing" for the "mistake." It also shows flickr staff demonstrating their power over flickr members in a rather inappropriate way...

A member of the autism activism community is doing a seminar this week. i thought it would have been great if he were able to refer his audience of about 80 people to my photostream on YOUR site, but since you deleted me, they're being referred to my site. i suspect that some of them will take notice of flickr censorship when they read my blog and see how flickr treats its paying members.
What a shame you're so short sighted and quick to make examples of people who embarrass you.
This is also proof that Stewart Butterfield's statements in regards to flickr erring on the side of caution before deleting things is a bunch of audience soothing PR, as suggested by his audience...
i didn't start this.

i suggest you put your stuff at ipernity or some other site. with no such restrictions.
I am sure the collective Flickr community are "shaking in their boots"
Plus, the somewhat recent actions of the original assaulting flickr member in his photostream. You know what events i'm talking about. He gets a warning but i got instant deletion without any discussion? Maybe because he did not embarrass staff member Michelle (the one who deletes first and asks questions never)? Oddly enough, I did get a warning from Michelle, just as you did. The big difference here is that I heeded the warning
why would the collective flickr community be shaking in their boots? jesus, dave, get a new lexicon and phrase book. you sound so dated and unoriginal. Not to mention completely lacking context. You use more playground cliches than the bottle smashing, pot headed teenagers in my back alley.
and as for the warning: duh. i know you got a warning. you miss that detail or just too quick to jump on a posting? i specifically stated you got a warning.
And, no, i didn't get a warning from Michelle. She decided to play god and choose her own interpretations of the TOU (which YOU broke and i did not). She deleted my entire posting WITHOUT warning. When i posted her actions for all to see, THEN she deleted the text ONLY and sent me a notice. Warnings...? Not a one.
The "BIG DIFFERENCE" in reality-land, dave, is that YOU were warned. She deleted my stuff PRIOR to any communication at all. But then, you should know that already. Everyone else knows, as EVERYTHING is documented here on the blog. You're just more interested in setting yourself up on some higher moral/intellectual ground than paying attention to detail. In fact, you don't care about details because they prove you wrong at every attempt you make to blither on about how wronged you are and how superior you are. It fails miserably. You ignore details that enable your pointless reflexive commentary and which make you look manipulative, or, at best, blatantly ignorant of that which you speak.
if you're going to waste my time posting here, why not get your facts straight first and post something meaningful and logical, backed up by historical facts IN CONTEXT.
i don't suppose you showed your adoring audience the full story when you went off on the "pity me, i'm being called names by these people" postings on your photostream... i find it hilarious that there are posts so ignorant as to call you out as an innocent and your "assailants" as "evil people." Not that you would want them to have the full story; they might see the real you, after all. We can't have that, now, can we?
Hey, since you chose to harass me as an assault against Paige for friending me, maybe i should start up a free account just to send links to the full story of this "dave sewell started fiasco" to all of your doting and blind fans at flickr...
For fuck's sake, can't you do better than this, sewell?
if i wasn't insomnia-ridden, i'd be enjoying ignoring your postings. but i have nothing better to do at the moment.
have a swell morning, sewell.
Hi dysamoria,
In joining Flickr, you agreed to abide by the Terms of
Service and Community Guidelines. Specifically, you must
not abuse, harass, threaten, impersonate or intimidate
other Flickr members:

I've deleted the photo "Rusted Blade Diptych (i ignore
you)" from your account, due to the lengthy description of
your dispute(s) with other folks. If you repost this or
similar content, we may take additional action, including
termination without warning.
Regards,
Michelle

If you'd like to respond to this warning, please send the email to case335025@support.flickr.com to ensure a timely response.
Excuse me if I am wrong but I am pretty certain that this constitutes a warning.
The "BIG DIFFERENCE" in reality-land, dave, is that YOU were warned. She deleted my stuff PRIOR to any communication at all.
Actually you are wrong. In my case a description was edited before a warning was posted. You chose to re-post the deleted image; I chose to leave things as they were.
yawn....
i've said it before and i'll, yawn, say it again: i broke NONE of those rules. YOU, DAVE SEWELL, DID break those rules, not just with me as your victim, but with at least four other people.
michelle deleted my content PRIOR to any other action.
the truth is visible to those who care to see it. you only care to distort and redirect.
whatever, man. whatever. i don't care about you any more. you're just one of millions like you. the ones that i give a fuck about are the ones who have power over others.
you, do not.
your power over the group of people you fingered as your enemies has been taken from you.
there's only one thing sociopaths care about: winning.
you can call it whatever you want, man. you won. you lost. whatever. just stop playing the reality distortion game. it's really tedious and just makes you look more obsessive each posting. for your own sake, just stop already.
yawn... time to get out of the house... exercise the car... potentially interact with humans in a sort of social environment... push on my financial debt some more... wheeee....
p.s.: you're wrong. Not excused.
...yawn... (really actually yawning, too)
to flickr's "problem with payment" form, which will probably be deleted and ignored like the rest...
"In June of this year, i renewed my Flickr pro subscription. Around September 7th of this month, Michelle or another staff member deleted my account in what seems to be a retaliatory act.
i have several times submitted requests for this situation to be properly dealt with and i have had no communication from flickr since Michelle put the smackdown on me.
i broke no rules. i have read and understand the flickr TOU. My actions were to demonstrate that another member was not being managed for his breaking of the TOU several times. i published a photo with Michelle's messages to me (after the fact of deleting my content, which was getting support by other flickr members who had been harassed by the same flickr abuser).
After attempting to take this to a public forum, the entry was deleted and my account was deleted.
As i see it, flickr owes me the return of my account, including all of its contents up to and including those that Michelle interfered with OR a refund of my subscription from September 2007 to June 2008.
As i have stated several times before: i did not start this. i broke none of your rules. Flickr staff acted inappropriately. All of this goes against Stewart Butterfield's claims months ago when the last individual was censored inappropriately. He is conveniently unavailable for comment. It seems there is no management, just power-abusing staff.
i will not just let this drop. Flickr has stolen money from me and has acted inappropriately as an organization that claims to care about freedom of speech and community building.

Since Flickr is part of Yahoo, do you suppose you can go higher up?
Yahoo has a page above flickr that sort of says
"We own flickr, but we don't take responsibility for it."
Anyway, i sent an email to flickr-pr@yahoo-inc.com since it was listed in the contact us section of Stewart Butterfield's former company that used to own flickr. Feel free to do the same, if you are so moved ;)
Hi Jace,
I just went through your photos and site. I was at the Seminar you referred to.
I really loved your music. I think i"ll listen more later. I'm a photographer too. I'd like to get to know you better, but didn't see an email link or anything. I'm on flickr too. my name is "loveskidd". Hope to talk to you soon.
loveskidd
Hi Kristen,
Thank you for writing to me. More importantly, thank you for taking the time to look at my website and listen to my music. i keep saying that i plan to upgrade my website, improve it, add more content/music, etc.. but i keep getting side-tracked by misery (known issues). you can contact me directly at "dysamoria" at "dysamoria" dot "com".
i took a brief gander at your flickr pages... you DO love kids! i can't spend more time there at the moment because of the sting of the whole flickr trauma (see my blog) but maybe later. i also cannot contact you via flickr, since, as mentioned, i'm deleted. In the mean time, feel free to contact me via email.
